• Payment Information: Payment records, transaction references, and billing history. Payment processing is handled securely by PayMongo. We do not store your credit card or bank details.
• Gate Pass Data: Guest names, vehicle details, and visit dates for gate pass requests.
• Service Requests: Details of maintenance or service requests you submit.
• Usage Data: Access logs, IP addresses, and browser information collected automatically for security purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Manage your homeowner account and property records
• Process monthly dues payments and generate receipts
• Issue and verify gate passes for your guests
• Handle service requests and community announcements
• Send important notifications via email (payment confirmations, OTP codes, community updates)
• Maintain security and prevent unauthorized access
• Generate reports for HOA administration

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

• HOA Administration: Authorized administrators access resident data to manage the community.
• Security Guards: Gate personnel verify gate passes and log visitor access.
• Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate (Supabase for data storage, PayMongo for payments, Google for authentication, Gmail for email delivery).
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our community.

5. Data Security

We implement security measures including encrypted authentication tokens, secure HTTPS connections, rate limiting, and input validation to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with:

• Google OAuth: For secure sign-in. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Facebook Login: For secure sign-in. Subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
• PayMongo: For payment processing. Subject to PayMongo's Privacy Policy.
