- HOA Administration: Authorized administrators access resident data to manage the community.
- Security Guards: Gate personnel verify gate passes and log visitor access.
- Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate (Supabase for data storage, PayMongo for payments, Google for authentication, Gmail for email delivery).
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our community.
